What Do We Offer ?

Certificate IV and Diploma of Pilates Therapy Instruction

The Certificate IV provides qualifications to instruct clients in Matwork and the Diploma provides qualifications to instruct clients in Equipment. We are proud that we are the first and only provider of a Diploma and Certificate IV in Pilates in South Australia.

A limited number of students will be accepted into the course allowing for the highest quality of instruction.

Physiotherapy

We have an onsite physiotherapy service, provided by Gerard Buckingham, in a private consulting room in the Studio. (All Health Funds recognised).

Massage Therapy

Massages are available in our dedicated massage room by qualified massage therapists Garry, Georgie and Kerri.

Community Organic Garden

We are currently creating an organic community garden on the premises, with monthly Working Bees, and a Membership Fee of $50/year. All tools, equipment and plants were donated by our studio clients, and the garden is watered by our onsite 25,000-litre rainwater tank.

Art Exhibition Space

We offer exhibition space for artworks by practising artists. Recent exhibitions have included paintings, photography, collages and stencil work, a great opportunity to show your work to our clients.
